Spacious holiday home in one of the most beautiful villages of the Languedoc with a wonderful private swimming pool surrounded by a beautiful garden with many flowers and plants. The village of Roquebrun is in the top 10 of the most beautiful villages in the Herault. The village has a pleasant center with a café, a bakery, a neighborhood supermarket, a pizzeria and various restaurants.

The house is stylish and fully equipped for 6-8 guests, with a fully equipped open kitchen, three spacious bedrooms with good beds and excellent quality sanitary facilities.
The living room has a wood-burning stove, comfortable sofas and patio doors.
On the ground floor there are three spacious and cozy bedrooms. A luxurious bedroom with a double bed 180x200 has its own bathroom (shower, sink and toilet) and patio doors to the terrace overlooking the garden and pool. This room is air-conditioned.
The blue bedroom has a double bed 150x200 and an extra single bed. The pink bedroom has a double bed 140x190 and also an extra single bed. Both bedrooms have their own bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

Everything is attractive and comfortable: an ideal basis for a successful holiday in this fantastic Mediterranean environment.

OUTSIDE
Large swimming pool with alarm system and underwater lighting. Around the pool is a large terrace with sunbeds.
The surrounding garden with oleanders, roses and other flowering plants provides atmosphere and privacy.

There is a well equipped outdoor kitchen with a hob, electric oven, fridge and BBQ. There is a dining table with seating for 8 people.

Pets not allowed.

There is ample parking on site in front of the house.

Surroundings
The River Orb flows through the village providing an idyllic swimming opportunity located just a 5 minute walk from the house. On the Mediterranean Sea you will find many pleasant seaside resorts and very spacious, clean sandy beaches. (40 minutes).
