Description
An authentic, natural stone house with a beautiful spacious south-facing garden, sun-drenched terraces and many Mediterranean plants. The house has been beautifully renovated while retaining many authentic details.
From the many terraces you have fantastic views of the valley and the river Orb. In the garden a " cuisine d'été " and a covered terrace, next to the swimming pool. From the house you can walk to the river beach and to the cosy "bistro". Vieussan is located in the Parc Regional du Languedoc, a beautiful hiking area.
Additional costs
Cleaning costs € 115 per rental
Usage of electricity exceeding 200 kWh per week will be charged at EUR 0,25 per Kwh
Bed sheet, towels and pool towel Set at € 20 per person (optionel)
The deposit is € 200.00 and can be paid together with the final payment term.
Booking conditions
Deposit: 30% upon booking, balance 30 working days before arrival.
Cancelation policy:
- Notice greater than 30 days from the date of arrival: 30% of the total amount of the reservation;
- Notice less than 30 days from the date of arrival: 100% of the total amount of the reservation;
Arrival & departure
Saturdays check in time from 4 PM departure latest 10 AM. Other arrival and departures days on request
