When entering from the street side, you immediately enter the living area, an open space that is divided into three parts: a comfortable sitting area with three double sofas, a dining area and an open kitchen. The open kitchen is fully equipped, including a coffee maker, kettle, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave and dishwasher.

 

From the living area, the patio doors give access to the terrace. An attractive place for your shared meals or BBQ, in the cool shade of the tree.

On the upper floor there are three bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Between the bedrooms is a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. There is an extra toilet downstairs.
 

OUTSIDE

Through the fence behind the house you have direct access to a closed courtyard with ample parking space under a large roof. You can go to the terrace via a staircase.

GARAGE

Under the house, accessible by a staircase, is an old wine cave that also serves as a garage. Here is a washing machine and there is ample opportunity to place your bicycles.

Surroundings
The River Orb flows through the village providing an idyllic swimming opportunity located just a 5 minute walk from the house. On the Mediterranean Sea you will find many pleasant seaside resorts and very spacious, clean sandy beaches. (40 minutes).
