Description
Le Mimosa is a very spacious apartment on the third floor of an old Mansion in the center of Roquebrun. The apartment overlooks the village street and the green surroundings, and is within walking distance of the restaurants, shops and beach by the river.
The apartment has a suite bedroom with two twin beds The attached bathroom has a sink, toilet and shower. There is also a separate toilet.
The other suite has a kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, fridge, coffee maker, dining table in front of patio doors.
The apartment features a washing machine, fan, ironing equipment, cleaning products and a vacuum cleaner.
Towels and bed linen are included in the price.
Pets not allowed.
There is no elevator.
Parking is free nearby.
Roquebrun has much to offer from a riverside beach, wine tasting, horse riding, walking, cycling, tennis, canoeing, to golfing and much more.
Additional costs
Cleaning costs € 35 per rental period
Usage of electricity exceeding 200 kWh per week will be charged at EUR 0,25 per Kwh
Beach towel Set at € 5 per person (optionel)
The deposit is € 200.00 and can be paid together with the final payment term.
Booking conditions
Deposit: 30% upon booking, balance 30 working days before arrival.
Cancelation policy:
- Notice greater than 30 days from the date of arrival: 30% of the total amount of the reservation;
- Notice less than 30 days from the date of arrival: 100% of the total amount of the reservation;
Arrival & departure
Saturdays check in time from 3 PM departure latest 10 AM. Other arrival and departures days on request
