Le Bois Mêlé has all the ingredients for a relaxing holiday in the sun!
With a view over the Orb valley from the veranda and the pool, you will stay in an exclusive location with lots of privacy.
INSIDE
Kitchen: open kitchen with fridge / freezer, combi oven, ceramic hob, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machines, kettle. The kitchen is open to the dining room.
Living room: spacious living room with patio doors to the terrace with views over the valley and the village. Also in winter you can enjoy villa Le Bois Mêlé, the wood stove in the living room provides a cozy atmosphere and warmth.
Bedrooms: the villa has one double bedroom and a twin bedroom to sleep 4 people comfortably.
Bathroom: bath with shower and a separate toilet.
OUTSIDE
The house has a large garden with a terrace in front of the house and a terrace by the pool.
There is ample private parking, with a covered parking area to protect your vehicle from the midday sun.
Swimming pool
A garden path takes you to a fence behind which you can see the pool sparkling. The fully walled and secured swimming pool (9,5 x 4m) has a large sun terrace with sun loungers overlooking the picturesque village.
Pool-house
The covered terrace of the pool house offers plenty of shade and coolness due to the fan. In summer, the pool house with its small lounge, toilet, kitchenette, fridge and plancha is a great place to relax.

Usage of electricity exceeding 200 kWh per week will be charged at EUR 0,25 per Kwh

Booking conditions
Deposit: 30% upon booking, balance 30 working days before arrival.
Cancelation policy:
- Notice greater than 30 days from the date of arrival: 30% of the total amount of the reservation;
- Notice less than 30 days from the date of arrival: 100% of the total amount of the reservation;
Arrival & departure
Saturdays check in time from 4 PM departure latest 10 AM. Other arrival and departures days on request
