Located in the picturesque village of Roquebrun, this comfortable and tastefully furnished holiday apartment with a view of the river Orb is located in a 300 year old village house.

Entering the property from Rue Place Vieille you enter the salon with its old tiled floor and French doors opening onto a French balcony where is a view out over the river and vineyards. The adjacent very well equipped kitchen gives access to the balcony where 6 people can sit for dinner or a BBQ. There is a large dining table in the kitchen that can seat 6 people if the weather does not permit eating on the balcony. The balcony has a large electric awning for shelter from the sun or the rain - mostly the sun!

There are two bedrooms with double beds on the next floor, one of which is en suite with a walk in shower. There is a large family bathroom on this floor also with bath, shower, toilet and washing machine.

On the top floor are two rooms. One has two twin beds and the other is furnished as an office space that gives access to the indoor balcony with panoramic views over the river, the beach and the vineyards. There is a hammock and rocking chair so it's a great place to relax.

The boulangerie, cafe/bar, grocery and pizzeria, restaurants, post office are all within a 3 minute walk. The beach and canoe center is a 5 minute walk to the other side of the bridge.
