Les Martinets is a central, yet private 17th Century house, located in a small and friendly village. The three storey house comfortably accommodates six people.

INCIDE
Kitchen: the ground floor of the house comprises a well-equipped kitchen. Plenty of crockery, cutlery and utensils are provided, as well as a fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, electric oven, dishwasher and combination microwave oven.


Living room: the dining area seats 6 people comfortably, opens into a sitting area with an amplifier and speakers, and a wood burning stove for winter use.

First floor

Bedroom 1: a double bedroom with a king-size bed;

Bedroom 2 a twin room with 3’0” (90cm) beds, and adequate storage space

Bathroom 1: bath, shower and a toilet.
 

Second floor

Bedroom 3: a small double bedroom (4’6” bed), as well as ample storage space.
A living/bedroom has a single bed and TV set, and a small balcony with attractive views.

OUTSIDE

Swimming pool

The sunny, elevated terrace with garden furniture and attractive outlook adjoins a walled 9m x 4m pool with sitting area and loungers.

The pool is enclosed in a courtyard separated from the terrace by a lockable full height door.


The 45sq.m terrace, which is at first floor level, has views of the surrounding countryside and overlooks the village 'stade' to one side, although in summer the foliage of climbing plants provides a screen
, which enhances privacy.

It is equipped with a large table and eight chairs, an umbrella and a barbecue. The terrace enjoys sun for most of the day, although there is always shade at hand for those who prefer it.

Pets are strictly not allowed.
The house is not suitable for disabled guests because access is via a flight of steps.

Final cleaning EUR 115 

Usage of electricity exceeding 200 kWh per week will be charged at EUR 0,25 per Kwh

Security deposit: EUR 200 to be paid to VIEVE before arrival as specified in the booking confirmation.

Linen (optinal) EUR 12 per person.

Towels (optinal) EUR 12 per person

Booking conditions

Deposit: 30% upon booking, balance 30 working days before arrival.

Cancelation policy:

- Notice greater than 30 days from the date of arrival: 30% of the total amount of the reservation;

- Notice less than 30 days from the date of arrival: 100% of the total amount of the reservation;

Arrival & departure

Saturdays check in time from 4 PM departure latest 10 AM. Other arrival and departures days on request
